With Clay County USD 379’s districtwide expansion of the Leader in Me student program last school year, Clay Counts Coalition has announced a free, one-day community training on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, the foundation of Leader in Me4 . The session is scheduled for July 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Clay County Community High School library.  The training will provide attendees with a framework for personal and professional leadership while teaching leadership skills, relationship-building, strategies for fostering a positive school and community culture, and self-empowerment.  According to the release, the 7 Habits program is used in more than 75% of Fortune 500 companies.
