MOVEMENT/SENSORY HALLWAY

GOAL AREA: Students will increase their focus in the classroom by independently regulating outside of the classroom.

LEAD MEASURE: 100% of students who use the sensory hallway will show an increase in on-task behavior after using the hallway.

LAG MEASURE: Students will increase their ability to control their bodies and focus in the classroom

CCCHS MENTORING GROUP

GOAL AREA: Increase relationships and investment in school by encouraging students see their potential and recognize themselves as leaders.

LEAD MEASURE: 100% of students who participate in the mentorship group will have an increase in attendance and a decrease in office referrals..

LAG MEASURE: Students will have an increase in personal relationships and connections within the school system. Students will feel connected and valued.
