The Middle School Empowering Girls Through Kindness (EGTK) group is in Manhattan today spreading positivity by putting positive affirmation notes in the pockets of girls clothing in multiple stores. The Buckle loved our idea and wanted to take a picture with our group!!

We held our first Discovery Kitchens at Lincoln, Wakefield and the high school last week and everyone had a blast. Depending on the location, kids were able to try samples of breakfast parfaits or a Cuban Pork Sandwich, both made by Chef Jay, & both delicious! #usd379

CCCMS will be closed Tuesday, January 4, 2022. All other USD 379 attendance centers will be in session at their regular times. Over the weekend, one of the water heaters had a complete failure and flooded a significant portion of the school. A professional restoration company was called in yesterday afternoon as soon as the problem was discovered and they have done a great job mitigating the problem. Thank you for your patience as we work through this unfortunate situation. All CCCMS staff will report to the building at their normal reporting time.

Due to no power in Wakefield, Wakefield Schools will be closed on Thursday, December 16th. Clay Center schools will be open.
