🌟✨ Today, we're turning the Bengal Spotlight on our incredible Secretaries in honor of Administrative Professionals' Day! 🎉 We're so grateful to have such phenomenal secretaries in our building. Check out a glimpse into their lives beyond the CCCMS Office! 🏢💖 Thank you for being the glue that holds our team together—you are truly appreciated more than words can say! 🙌💐 #AdminProfessionalsDay #LikeAChampion #TeamAppreciation #BengalSpotlight Ashley Snyder is in her third year serving as a secretary for USD 379. Her husband, a paramedic with Riley County EMS, is what brought their family to Clay Center. They have three daughters—a 4th grader, a 2nd grader, and a Kindergartener—who keeps them on their toes! In their free time, you'll usually find them on the road with B’s softball team or cheering on their younger two in Rec sports. They love staying busy and being involved in the community! Ginny Hovland is in her Second School Year, and she loves what she does and who she works with. She has been married for 20 years with 2 of the most outspoken children she could ask for. Her son graduates in May, and her daughter will be a 9th grader next year. She enjoys Reading And Mathematics. Along with English, aka ELA, and Music. Her favorite colors are Red, Blue, Go KU, and Pink and black. Also, she feels like we all have some of the BEST Students between the two Schools. She believes we have some amazing staff and enjoys working with them all. Thank you both for all you do for our students, staff, and the school in general!

🌟✨ Today, we’re putting the spotlight on our incredible Library Staff in honor of National Librarian Day! 📚💖 What better way to celebrate our love for books than to appreciate the amazing people who inspire us to read? Our Bengal Library team is truly dedicated to igniting a passion for literature in every student. They absolutely thrive on seeing books in our hands! As the talented Neil Gaiman once said, “Google can bring you back 100,000 answers, but a librarian can bring you back the right one.” 🙌📖 Let’s take a moment to peek into the inspiring lives of our fabulous Library Staff! Lynn Auld is in her 20th year of teaching and her 12th year as Library Media Specialist. Although she is not in the building a lot, she is always available through email, drop her a line sometime. She is married to Andy, and he is on the school board. They have three human children: Zoe works in Wichita as a legal assistant, Jorja is a senior at CCCHS, and Reece is an 8th grader here at CCCMS. She has two fur babies: Rut is 4, and Finn is 3. Tasha Siemers joined the CCCMS Bengal Library in 2015 as an aide, and it quickly became her happy place! After taking a three-month hiatus at the end of the last school year to pursue a new opportunity, she realized she missed the kids too much to stay away for long. In addition to her role in the library, Tasha works as a PRN assistant in the Speech/Occupational Therapy department at Clay County Medical Center, enjoying the variety of experiences both roles provide. She has been happily married to Daniel Siemers for nearly 18 years; he serves the community as a local firefighter. Together, they have two sons: Daniel Jr., a sophomore at CCCHS, and Kadyn, a seventh grader at CCCMS. With all her "adopted" student kids, it's safe to say she could rival the Old Lady Who Lived in a Shoe! 🧡🖤 #NationalLibrarianDay #BengalPride #BookLoversUnite
