Today's Bengal Spotlight Featured PAWS is Mr. Rickley's PAWS! They are a great group who enjoy taking on the other PAWS classes in challenges and spending the mornings joking with Mr. Rickley!

Today's Bengal Way Call of the Day is Bailee Williams! In Rock band class, Bailee is organizing her papers/music and offers organizational help to her peers. She is a natural leader and helps her peers to be successful. Way to go, Bailee!! Being Neat and having Leadership skills is a great way to live the #bengalstrong way!


The Bengals Basketball teams hit the road today as they take on Abilene at 4:30. 8th-grade games will be played at Eisenhower Elementary, and 7th-grade plays at Abilene Middle School (B teams followed by A). Good Luck Bengals! #bengalstrong


This week's Bengal Spotlight Featured Team is the 7th Grade Boys Basketball team! The team is coached by Randy Walling and Zane Bloom. They have started their season off strong, currently, they are 1-0! Catch them in action twice this week as they take on Abilene today and Salina South on Thursday! Keep up the great work Bengals! #bengalstrong


This weeks Bengal Spotlight Featured PAWS is Mr. Wichman's class. They participate in SEL lessons (videos) that deal with issues and behavioral elements that teenagers may be dealing with (video and discussions). There are weekly grade checks to make sure students are keeping up academically. Thirdly, students get the opportunity to play cards, chess, etc. during the week. Finally, students get the opportunity, once in a while, to participate in PAWS challenges from other PAWS classes (dodgeball, silent ball, etc).


Come out and support our 7th and 8th Grade Boy's Basketball teams tonight at HOME!! 8th Grade will play in the CCCMS Gym, B team followed by A team. 7th Grade will be in the District Gym. Let's Go Bengals! #bengalstrong


Students in 8th grade art recently finished painting a bench for the new walking trails by the zoo. They collaborated on the design and worked very cooperatively to create a piece of art that will be admired for years to come!





The CCCMS Bengal Library Christmas pickles have returned to their jar (or file cabinet) until next year! Congratulations to all the pickle finders we hope it brings you a ton of luck in 2023! Have a safe and happy winter break!

This weeks Bengal Spotlight Featured PAWS is Mrs. Pfizenmaier’s PAWS! They are a goofy bunch of kiddos that are almost half 6th graders! Like any family, they squabble and joke, but come together when something needs done. They enjoy PAWS challenges- dodge ball and spoons especially- morning meetings, silent ball, and shenanigans!
