Need Saturday morning plans??? Catch one of the three tournaments our Bengal Athletes will be involved in on Saturday, November 12th at 9am. Good Luck Bengals! #bengalstrong

Today's Bengal Way Call of the Day goes to Rebecca Davis. Rebecca got a calculator for a friend without being asked. It saved the friend some steps, but it also encouraged her friend to have a calculator like she was supposed to, so she could do her math! Way to a Leader Rebecca!

We were very fortunate to have the Kansas Department of Traffic Safety come to talk this afternoon. They were here to honor the State Poster Contest Winner, which was our very own Avery Baer! Way to go Avery! They also gave our students some great information about Traffic and Bike safety. Avery with her heart of gold, gifted her prize to her brother.

Today's Bengal Spotlight Featured Team is the Boys Wrestling team! The team is coached by some amazing coaches: Craig Rickley, James Gordon, Alisha Brownell, and Brandon Pigorsch. These boys have been working hard to improve on a daily basis! They will be in action again this Saturday 9am at the Concordia Tournament! Keep up the great work boys!

It's going to be a cold evening, so why not come into our Warm Gym and enjoy some Lady Bengals Basketball!! 7th Grade will be in the district gym and 8th Grade in the Middle School gym! #bengalstrong

Today's Bengal Way Call of the Day is Gentry Hartman! Gentry went out of her way on two separate occasions to help a student. She loaned a pencil to him when anyone else could have done the same, but didn't. Way to be Empathetic Gentry! Continue Living the #bengalstrong Way! (Side note Happy Birthday!)

Reminder there is no school tomorrow, Friday, November 11th. Thank you all Veterans, for your Sacrifice and Service!

Nothing is better than Pajamas and a comfy couch just ask Mrs. Fickes's PAWS class! They are this week's Bengal Spotlight Featured PAWS! They are a fantastic group of students. They enjoy playing silent ball, musical chairs, and going to the gym. We are very competitive during challenges. We will miss all of our 8th graders when they leave us next year!

6th Grade Bengal Band had composer Grace Baugher-Dunlap Zoom into class today and listen to the band perform her piece "Lullaby". In addition to providing feedback and answering questions about her piece, she also answered questions on her career as a music composer. What a neat experience!
