Mrs. Crabtree worked through some logical fallacies today with her 6th grade English class. A logical fallacy is an error in reasoning that weakens an argument. They are often seen when someone uses misleading tactics in an attempt to persuade. Students defined different types of logical fallacies and then gave an example of each one.

After Mrs. Bybee's Geometry students completed their homemade marble run using slope intercept equations, she had elementary students come in to judge the entries. The votes ended with a three way tie between Dino Egg Theft, Holly Jolly Angles, and Floral Walk. Love the creativity!
