We were so thankful to practice our bus evacuation drill with Mr. McCoy and Mr. Kaufman today. Students were able to learn bus safety, how to exit the bus during an emergency and were able to locate all of the emergency exits. #usd379 #Garfield379

We are thankful to the Clay Center ELKS for stocking our student pantry. Previously students could find clothes, and toiletry supplies, and now we have groceries and snacks to offer as well. We are so thankful for this thoughtful donation.

Earlier in the year we shared our staff stats regarding our years of service and positions. Today we are kicking off our celebration of our GES "team roster" by sharing our collectible baseball cards. Each Friday a new staff member will be celebrated and shared over Facebook, email and as well as hanging up in our building. Students will have baseball card dividers in their Mentor Monday binders where they can collect the baseball cards that come out each Friday for a new staff member!
